I’m Lian, a yoga teacher and licensed occupational therapist passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, build supportive routines, and live life with more ease, meaning, and joy.

Through a blend of occupational therapy and trauma-informed yoga, I offer individualized, holistic care for people of all ages, abilities, and identities—including those living with neurological conditions, disability, chronic illness, or navigating complex life experiences like adoption.
