The heart of yoga is connecting to who you truly are.
That connection begins with your breath, body, emotions, and energy—and unfolds into deeper self-awareness and care. My teaching approach honors each person as they are, using the tools of ancient yogic wisdom to support healing, growth, and authenticity.

Yoga isn’t just something we do on the mat—it’s a way of living. My goal is to help you integrate these practices into everyday life in a way that feels natural, empowering, and meaningful. I bring a background in therapeutic yoga practices, sensory-enhanced trauma-informed yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga, the foundational teachings of traditional yogic philosophy as well as my occupational therapy skills to each session. This diverse training allows me to adapt each session to your unique needs—whether you’re seeking regulation, rest, resilience, or reconnection.

Private Sessions
Private sessions are a specialized form of therapeutic yoga that adapt traditional yoga practices to address specific health conditions, life circumstances, or goals. These sessions focus on healing and promoting holistic well-being—supporting your body, mind, and nervous system in a way that’s sustainable and empowering.
We begin with an intake form and assessment exploring your energy patterns, breath, mindfulness tools, and daily routines. Together, we co-create a personalized plan that supports:
Energy management
Restful sleep
Stress reduction
Mobility and physical function
Daily habits and rituals that sustain you
These sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are and offer a nurturing space to come home to yourself—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Session are held in your home, community or on zoom. Contact Lian to determine what is best location based on where you live!
